About Bob Frank Plumbing

Bob Frank’s path to plumbing was anything but conventional. After graduating high school and spending a few years at Penn State, Bob found a different calling — motorcycle racing. For the better part of the mid-1980s, he traveled across the country and into Canada, competing on tracks and learning the kind of discipline and mechanical intuition that would later define his trade.

In the late 1980s, Bob crossed paths with the late Bob “Snuffy” Smith — a fellow motorcycle enthusiast, entrepreneur, and owner of a water conditioning business. The two Bobs hit it off immediately. They joined forces in both water conditioning work and on the racing circuit, a partnership that would reshape Bob Frank’s career trajectory.

Inspired to build something of his own, Bob returned to school, enrolling in a rigorous five-year plumbing program administered through the Philadelphia Suburban chapter of PHCC and Delaware County Community College. In 1990, he earned his Master Plumber’s License and officially launched Bob Frank Plumbing.

Today, Bob Frank Plumbing is known throughout Chester, Delaware, and Eastern Lancaster Counties for tackling the tough, complex plumbing and water conditioning problems that other companies shy away from. It is a reputation earned one meticulous job at a time.
